For bookings please call us or e-mail us and we will book your room as per availability. Booking advance money depends upon the time of the year. CONFIRMED RESERVATIONS ARE ONLY VALIDATED BY A BOOKING NUMBER.
In case of cancellation of booking at least 15 days before the booking date, 25% of the advance money will be forfeited. In case of cancellation within 7 days 50% and in the booking is cancelled a day before 100% of the booking amount will be forfeited.
Washing and drying of clothes on the balcony of the Hotel is strictly prohibited.
Guests should switch off all the geysers, lights and fans etc in their rooms when they leave their rooms.
In case of boisterous behavior the guest might be asked to leave the Hotel.
The extra person policy for stay is free for one child under 5 years old. Older children will be charged as an extra person whether the guests take an extra bed or not. The maximum number of extra persons per room is one.
Order for dinner should be placed by 9 pm.
Smoking policy: All guests are requested not to smoke in the rooms. Hotel has designated areas where smoking is permissible.
No pets are permitted in the Hotel.
Check in time is 12 noon.Check out time should always be intimated at least half an hour in advance. If you are leaving early you can check out the night before.
The front desk hours are from 7 AM to 11 PM unless a guest makes a special request.
Hotel does not allow meals in the rooms. Hotel has a restaurant, a terrace hall and lawns for an enjoyable meal .
For banking there is a SBI Branch andan ATM within walking distance in the Barlowgunj market .
Doctor on call, subject to doctor’s availability.
Hotel has laundry service.
Any damage caused by a guest to the Hotel property shall be reimbursed by the responsible guest.
All guests must abide by the Rules and the Hotel Policy.
